Finding your own leadership style is the key to becoming natural in leading teams
“I feel that when people are still fresh in their leadership journey, it’s more important than ever to help them find their own leadership style to succeed in their task” says Katja Kuusikumpu, Director, Security Suite R&D at F-Secure Corporation. Thus, we turned to Saara Eder-Falck and Henna Lekka at Reframed, to support us in this need.
We wanted to provide a Leadership Foundations programme, where people can get the overall understanding of what being a leader entails, they have an opportunity to reflect their own situation and get extra support for a few months, but in the group sessions they also get to practice the new skills, and discuss in a safe environment.
To kick-start the journey, we brought people together for a full day of leadership training. The program continued with individual coaching for some months and lastly we brought the same group together for another face-to-face session.
